Since 2014, the ANEMOI Energy Services highly trained and extremely experienced staff has been sought after by all the biggest names in wind power. We started our business with one piece of equipment operated by three employees. We’ve grown in a short time and now have several pairs of boots on the ground with an extensive array of specialized equipment to meet your maintenance needs. Our crew possess vast technical expertise and we have earned a stellar reputation within the industry. We are trained service providers for Amsoil and General Electric and our team members have completed critical training programs, in their training facilities on their equipment, in order to earn those badges of honor.
All ANEMOI Operation Managers are working toward Safety Trained Supervisors (STS) through the board of certified safety professionals (BCSP) All ANEMOI Field Operation Leaders are working towards OSHA 510 and all will be certified by the end of 2020.

I served eight years in the United States Marine Corps prior to starting with ANEMOI in 2018. I started as a traveling technician, ranging from site support, maintenance, retrofits, ran oil trailer teams for gearbox and hydraulic stations, yaw and pitch oil changes. In 2021 I became a Certified GWO Instructor and Certified 1st Aid/ CPR Instructor. In 2022 I took over as the Training Manager/ Shop Supervisor, running the shop at our Amarillo, Texas location taking responsibility for our Asset Management.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife Marqui and four children. I coach my sons in baseball and also play slow pitch softball.

Courtney worked in the healthcare industry for 10 years before making the switch to wind energy. She started with ANEMOI two years ago in the Payroll and Accounts Receivable Department and has since taken the role of Payroll and Human Resources. Courtney will be overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruiting and management of online social platforms, as well as all payroll functions.
During her downtime, Courtney enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and hunting with her husband.
As President and CEO Matthew establishes and oversees short- and long-term objectives ensuring that the company is moving in a direction to deliver certainty to all stakeholders. Matthew brings 18 years of wind energy experience primarily with owner-operators, as such he has an acute awareness of the customers’ needs and expectations.
During his downtime, Matthew is most often spending quality time with his wife Kristi and three children traveling across the country in their RV.
Chance began his career in the wind industry in 2012 and has spent most of that time as a traveling technician out in the field, performing a wide array of work on wind turbines. He was one of three first technicians for ANEMOI when we began our journey in 2014 and in November of 2019 he stepped into the role of Process Engineer.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Donna worked as a travel agent before starting her career in wind 8 years ago. She has been the Office Manager since inception of the company, handling all day-to-day workplace activities including human resources and coordinating travel for techs. Currently, she is the Controller and directs all aspects of the Accounting Department. Donna obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from Grantham University in 2016.
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, CrossFit, reading, and knitting.
Mark brings 7 years of windpower experience to the Anemoi Management Team. He graduated from Northwest Renewables in 2013. Mark started out as a traveling wind turbine technician, then worked his way up to be a Manager with two other companies. Mark has 10 years experience of being an Operations Manager prior to coming to the wind industry. He has done everything from maintenances, trouble shooting and a variety of Retro Fits. Mark manages the day-to-day tasks of the lead technicians, scheduling future projects and maintaining communication with our customers.
When Mark does find time to get away from work, he enjoys several outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, kayaking, camping and the prospect for gold.
Steve brings 17+ years of windpower experience to the ANEMOI team. Currently Steve directs the sales department for North America, communicating with wind turbine OEMs and site owner/operators, as well as directly with site managers for all repair/upgrade contracts. Steve’s past wind endeavors have taken him into field services management, component sales & service director, site development, and turbine sales.
During his downtime, Steve is typically working on carpentry projects, landscaping around his house, playing the guitar, working on motorcycles, or cooking in the kitchen.

Trent Ivester comes from a construction background of almost 20 years where he led the safety program for multiple construction companies in Georgia. He has worked in the wind industry for the past 3 years as a Site Safety Professional and has certifications for Osha 510, Osha 30 industry, Osha 30 construction, Osha 40 hazwoper, is a certified FA/CPR instructor, and also has an associates degree in business.
Trent lives in Georgia with his wife Megan and three daughters Fayeth, Belle, and Cora.
When Trent is not working he enjoys spending his time with family, hunting, fishing, and golf.
